Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Finaservo's document preparation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
Description of Services
Finaservo provides document preparation and organization services for government support program applications in Mexico. Our services include:
- Review of program documentation requirements
- Completion of official government forms
- Organization of supporting documents
- Verification of file completeness against program checklists
- In-person consultations in CDMX and Estado de México
- Remote digital document preparation services nationwide
Service Limitations
Our services are limited to document preparation and organization. We explicitly do not:
- Submit applications to government agencies on your behalf
- Act as government representatives or gestores
- Guarantee approval of any application
- Provide legal advice or legal representation
- Make decisions about which programs you should apply to
- Guarantee specific outcomes or results
You retain full responsibility for reviewing prepared documents, submitting applications, and all decisions regarding your government program applications.
Client Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Supply all required documents for preparation
- Review all prepared materials before submission
- Submit applications according to program deadlines and procedures
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Make payment for services as agreed
Accuracy of Information
While we exercise care in preparing documentation, you are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all information in your application files. We prepare documents based on information you provide. Errors or omissions in information you supply may affect document accuracy.
No Guarantee of Approval
Government program approval decisions are made by the respective agencies based on their criteria and eligibility requirements. We do not guarantee that any application will be approved. Our service ends when we deliver your complete, organized documentation file.
Payment Terms
Payment for services is due as agreed upon service initiation or completion. Fees are based on service type and complexity. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination. Refund policies, if any, will be communicated at the time of service agreement.
Confidentiality
We maintain confidentiality of your personal information and documents as described in our Privacy Policy. However, you acknowledge that we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted electronically or stored digitally.
Intellectual Property
The Finaservo website, including its content, design, and functionality, is owned by Finaservo and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Mexican law, Finaservo shall not be liable for:
- Application denials or rejections by government agencies
- Delays in government processing
- Changes to program requirements after document preparation
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of benefits or opportunities
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Finaservo harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
Termination
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at any time if you violate these terms, provide false information, or engage in conduct we deem inappropriate. You may terminate service by notifying us, subject to payment for services already rendered.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Veracruz, Mexico.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full effect.
